John made a career spanning over thirty years in the ICT industry. As a technical leader at CTM, John is contributing to CTM’s growth through fostering internal and external relationships. John believes that even technical roles are 80% people and 20% technical. In addition, John is a staunch believer in automation and digital transformation; something he’s been involved in throughout his ICT career.

Joshua Wang, our Global Head of Managed Services leads the team to provide global technology support to our customers around the world. With over 18 years of experience in both Banking and Technical Services sectors, he has experience in operations, management, team building, strategic implementation, as well as hands-on with various network security technologies. Prior to joining CTM, he was the Head of IT Risk Security & Compliance in the financial sector.

Leading our team in the UK, Francis is a passionate IT professional possessing multiple years of experience from ISPs to MSPs. Joining CTM as a support analyst and working his way through the business, Francis has a solid understanding of CTM solutions and how they benefit our customers. Focused on business requirements rather than technical, his “customer first” approach has brought on many success stories in CTM’s existing customer base.
